Good to know
Is delivery really free?
Yes. Delivery and pick-up are free anywhere inside the Puerto Aventuras gates, at a time that suits you.
How does the deposit work?
Who can drive?
The person renting must be 18 or over. Anyone driving must be 16 or over. No driving after drinking.
Where can I take it?
Anywhere inside the gates. Not on Highway 307 and not on the beach. The speed limit inside is 30 km/h, and lights go on at night.
Does it need charging?
It's electric. Plug it in overnight and it's ready in the morning. Keep the charger locked to the cart or indoors.
What if something goes wrong?
Message us on WhatsApp. We fix it or swap the cart.
Can I cancel?
Free up to 48 hours before delivery. Inside 48 hours we keep one day's rental.
Staying a month or longer?
The monthly price applies automatically, and it's the best rate we have. Pick your dates above and you'll see it.
Sable runs the place
Sable is the owner, the supervisor and the overseer. Chris only checks the carts, charges them and brings them to your door.
